With more than two decades of experience with BI/Analytics process, tools, and technology, Chip has worked with clients as diverse as the Federal Reserve Bank, Toys”R”Us, WinCo Foods, the Downtown Orlando Development Authority, Adventist Midwest, and Mission Health on solutions for their technical and strategic needs.
He began his work in spatial analytics with an early provider of business intelligence focused on identifying opportunity and risks within the energy industry. Having that experience towards the beginning of his career gave him a great foundational appreciation of the field, and of the value location analysis brings to his clients.
Chip grew up in a small Oklahoma town and earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Oklahoma State University. After managing a GIS company based in Colorado, Chip and his family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 1999, where they have made their home ever since. Outside of his work with Intalytics, Chip works at his ranch in central Texas, though it’s a job he does purely for the fun of it. In the summer, you may find him in western Wisconsin on his wife’s family farm. During the school year, expect to frequently find Chip and his family in New Orleans, where his son attends college.
