What is the role?

The Senior Consultant – Digital & Direct Marketing will be a key member of Kalibrate’s Professional Services team. You will be responsible for implementing direct and digital marketing campaigns, project managing marketing-focused analytical consulting engagements, developing client facing deliverables, and providing day-to-day client support.

To be concise: this person will help clients drive business results, improve their marketing effectiveness, and lead internal teams through crisp execution of a variety of marketing campaigns and projects.

We have multiple office locations in the US and you are more than welcome to use them if you live near one, otherwise remote in the US works as well.

This role comes with an annual salary ranging from $80k to $90k, it also has a comprehensive health insurance package, 401k with company match, a nice amount of PTO and paid maternity/paternity leave.

Job Requirements
  • If you have a degree in Marketing then that is great, but if you have relevant experience (substantial relevant experience in data driven marketing campaign analytics and execution is required), that is great as well.
  • Progressive experience in a client-side or agency-side digital marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of the digital and direct advertising industry, trends, and technologies. Experience with programmatic advertising and web analytics a plus
  • Proven record of collaborative work in supporting and delivering effective, engaging, and measurable marketing campaigns
  • Solid analytical and project management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear and compelling insights
  • Track record of effective collaboration across functions and with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lead, influence, and deliver results with internal teams while under client pressure
