Data Marketing Analyst

Intalytics, the leader in location-centric predictive analytics, seeks an experienced Data Marketing Analyst to join its Data Services team.

is seeking a highly qualified and motivated marketing focused data analyst to join its Data Services team.  The successful professional will support numerous analytical projects, manage direct marketing campaigns, develop reports, and support various facets of Intalytics’ data infrastructure.  Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem solving skills.  

This multifaceted role has ample opportunity for growth across a variety of paths.  The Data Services team is a new and growing department that is positioned to have a substantial impact on the efficiency of virtually every project.  Therefore we are looking for individuals that are enthusiastic to make a real impact in this high visibility department. 


Marketing Campaign Management:  Responsible for overseeing the execution of client’s digital and direct marketing campaigns.  Offers guidance in terms of the data that is available (internally and via third party vendors) to support various campaign objectives. Generate reports on key campaign metrics.  Conduct campaign performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing and extending ongoing campaigns.  

Data Management:  Responsible for building ETL processes that process client or vendor data.  Numerous data related tasks such as data hygiene, standardization, and enhancement.  Support corporate data infrastructure as well as client analytical projects.  Design meaningful reports and data visualization.  

Analytical Project Support:  Support ongoing analytical projects and deliverables, including customer profiling and segmentation projects.  Devise data-driven solutions to achieve client business objectives and contribute to compelling client facing presentations.


2+ years of marketing data processing experience, ideally supporting multi-unit operators such as restaurant, retail, healthcare, or services.  2+ years of SQL experience with SQL Server being the preference.  Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Computer Information Systems or similar).  Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.

Other relevant skills that are not required: Alteryx, Project management, Client management, other data management certifications.



Strong communication, logical thinking, and cross-functional skills is imperative for this position.  Highly goal-oriented with a positive customer service attitude.  Ability to problem solve, identify issues, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions independently.  A high level of attention to detail.  Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.  



This position will be located in our Irving, TX office.  Eligible candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States.
